Inspiration behind it
Owner Rommy Singh, after moving to Albury in 2015, brought together his passion for cooking and Indian roots to deliver scintillating fusion dishes to tingle your taste buds. The cuisine is focused on providing Aussie din din with a touch of Indian to bring you something out of the blue.
